The Police Heritage Museum would like to thank the participating law enforcement agencies, retired police vehicle owners, our sponsors and visitors for making our first police vehicle show a success. Although the day started out damp and cool, and ended with a rain shower, for several hours we were treated to a block and a half of active and retired police vehicles on display for all to enjoy. A total of 27 trophies were awarded at 3:00 p.m. to a number of individuals and departments for the vehicles they had on display. The trophies were sponsored by several generous local businesses and individuals and were a highlight of the event. The 2004 Rendezvous at Yorktowne antique, classic and modern police vehicle show has been scheduled for Saturday, October 2, 2004 in downtown York.
